Today I will share a Paper Busting template to help you make a set of quick and easy cards with no scraps. You will cut up two sheets of 6×6 patterned paper including one with 3×4 and 2×2 cut aparts.

This template is similar to a One Sheet Wonder which often makes a few different cards and is usually done with 12×12 patterned paper, but my templates show how to make several of the same cards from sheets of 6×6 paper. (To the best of my knowledge, the One Sheet Wonder is a concept Stampin’ Up demonstrators have been using for years, so credit to them for the name and inspiration).
6×6 Cut Apart Paper Busting Template #1 makes 2 of the design with 3×4 cut aparts and 3 of the design with 2×2 cut aparts for a total of 5 cards per 2 pieces of 6×6 paper. You will use card stock to mat the patterned paper pieces which will create some card stock scraps. Make ‘fake foam tape,’ cut sentiment dies, or create mats for your next card with these scraps. The template directs you how to cut your paper and the card sketch will show you how to assemble the cards. Of course, feel free to mix it up to your own liking.

12×12 Cardstock Shop sent me some of their products to try out including this paper pad which inspired the template. I loved their embellishment kits. You get a variety of sizes in their own compartments inside a larger container and it comes with a pencil that picks up and places them so you don’t need a fancy pick up tool. I recommend the white pearls so that you can color them with alcohol markers or the rainbow pack so you have lots of choices.
