Hello crafty friend! Today I will share a 6×6 No Scrap Paper Busting template to help you make a quick and easy 5×7 card with no scraps. You will cut up a sheet of 6×6 patterned paper to make cards without creating any scraps. This is similar to a One Sheet Wonder but a traditional One Sheet Wonder makes a few different cards and is often done with 12×12 patterned paper, but my templates show how to make several of the same cards from one sheet of 6×6 paper. (To the best of my knowledge, the One Sheet Wonder is a concept Stampin’ Up demonstrators have been using for years, so credit to them for the name and inspiration).
I used the Spellbinders Cheerful Occasions paper pad for my template design. I embellished with the Balloon Party Animal, the Party Decor die set, and Let’s Celebrate Sentiments.
6×6 No Scrap Paper Busting Template #5 makes one card. You will use cardstock to mat the patterned paper pieces which will create some cardstock scraps. Make ‘fake foam tape,’ cut sentiment dies, or create mats for your next No Scrap Paper Busting card with these scraps. The template directs you how to cut your paper and the card sketch will show you how to assemble the cards. Of course, feel free to mix it up to your own liking.
