What is a paper busting template?
A paper busting template guides you on how to cut a complete sheet of patterned paper and assemble those pieces into one or more cards. Each paper busting template includes a cutting guide and a card sketch to take any guess work about how to use the patterned paper. Paper busting templates help you use up the beautiful paper you enjoy while adding your own take through embellishment and color choices.
This template is similar to a One Sheet Wonder, but most One Sheet Wonders I’ve seen makes a few different cards and often use 12×12 patterned paper, but my template shows how to make several of the same cards from one sheet of A2 paper. (To the best of my knowledge, the One Sheet Wonder is a concept Stampin’ Up demonstrators have been using for years, so credit to them for the name and inspiration).
A2 No Scrap Paper Busting Template #1 makes 2 of the exact same card. You will use cardstock to mat the patterned paper pieces which will create some cardstock scraps. Make ‘fake foam tape,’ cut sentiment dies, or create mats for your next No Scrap Paper Busting card with these scraps.
