Hello crafty friend! Today I will share a Paper Busting template to help you make a quick and easy card with no scraps. You will cut up a sheet of 6×6 patterned paper to make a card without creating any scraps. This is similar to a One Sheet Wonder which often makes a few different cards and is usually done with 12×12 patterned paper, but my templates show how to make one card from one sheet of 6×6 paper. You can use 12×12 paper as well, but you will need to trim them down to 6×6 first. (To the best of my knowledge, the One Sheet Wonder is a concept Stampin’ Up demonstrators have been using for years, so credit to them for the name and inspiration).
Paper Busting Template #8 makes one card. You will use cardstock to mat the patterned paper pieces which will create some cardstock scraps. Make ‘fake foam tape,’ cut sentiment dies, or create mats for your next card with these scraps. The template directs you how to cut your paper and the card sketch will show you how to assemble the cards. Of course, feel free to mix it up to your own liking.

Thank you so much for your videos. I really appreciate you providing the Copic colors you use. SO MANY videos just show the coloring. I always want to know what colors are used.
I also appreciate all of the paper busting templates. I waste so much paper, always! Your templates are greatly appreciated.
This is a fun, creative hobby, but it isn’t cheap by any stretch and I get frustrated when I waste paper or don’t use things to their fullest!
Thanks for your fun videos and cute project ideas!
Thank you Yvette! SO glad you are enjoying the videos and templates. Hope you have fun crafting with them!
It’s Yvette again. Just attempted to cut one sheet of 6X6 paper with template #8. Unless I am missing something, the template adds up to 6×7 paper 3.5 + .5 +3 = 7 inches.
The template for the card layout appears correct at 2.5 + .5 +3=6 inches.
Might just be a type-0?
Thanks for all the inspiration….
Hi, It’s supposed to be 2.5 instead of 3.5. Should be fixed in the template now.
