Hello crafty friend! Today’s card kit tutorial uses the Spellbinders August 2022 Card Kit Butterfly Sparkles. I made 50 cards leaving no patterned paper scraps. With this process, I can easily whip up a bunch of cards for card drives like Cardz for Kidz. If you want more info on donating cards or get jokes for your cards please check out my Card Drive Resources page. Check out the video below to hear me talk you through the process and in the blog post I will share each card design and the sketch or measurements.

  1. It’s a Godsend that I saw your YouTube channel for making these cards! Outstanding! You are so creative. Making cards from templates are a great way if you’re not sure what design you want. It is so helpful to have a template and a layout with measurements to help guide us newbies into the wonderful world of card making! Do you grant permission for us to use your designs on our social media platforms? Including, let’s say Etsy? Keep crafting! You are awesome! God bless you!

    1. Hi Cynthia, You can sell and share cards made with the designs on Etsy and other platforms. You can not sell the design or template. Hopefully that makes sense. If you have more questions please feel free to email my at hello@jesscrafts.com

  2. So glad I found your templates and sketches. I have a stash of 12×12 paper. Since I am going to be house sitting and wanted to make cards, but not carry all my stash and equipment, I have been cutting the 12×12 down to 6X6 squares. The paper is not double sided so I use 2 sheets to make 4 cards of each template (cards will be donated so duplicates don’t matter). All I need to take are the fronts and adhesives, When I get back home I will do the embellishments. Thanks for such fun designs. PS: if I flub up a measurement while cutting, I can usually make it work with some tinkering, Absolutely no waste with the glued together left overs used as dimensionals. Yay!
